He was born in 1982 in Leningrad.
In 2004, he graduated from the Theater Faculty of St. Petersburg State University.
In 2015, he graduated from the higher directing courses (S.Ovcharov's workshop) at the St. Petersburg State Institute of Film and Television.
Since 2005, as a cameraman, he has shot documentaries and television programs commissioned by Russian and foreign television companies (BBC, Discovery).
The short film "Family Offline" (2015) is a thesis and the first experience in feature films as a director.
